VIEWING
This website was designed for widescreen monitors.
The older (squarer) screens will stretch
everything vertically by 10% to 20%,
and this especially affects the photos.
The best screen resolutions to view this website are:
800 x 600 -- for the largest text and photos
(perhaps the best choice for laptops & small monitors)
1024 x 768 -- for smaller text and photos
(perhaps the best choice for larger monitors)
For Microsoft Windows:
you may change your screen resolution by going to
My Computer --> Control Panel --> Display -->
then click the Settings tab --> and move the
pointer sideways to the desired resolution.
PRINTING
For Microsoft Windows:
you may print pages very successfully
(of the linked “section” you are currently in)
... by following these 2 steps:
1) File ---> Page Setup
change all 4 margins to 0.2 (Left, Right, Top, Bottom)
click OK. (Your Page Setup for the Internet will now
remain this way unless you change it back)
2) File ---> Print
choose “All” ...or... 1 or more pages
click Print.
